- General Provisions
- The subject of this Terms & Conditions is to specify the rules of use of the Online Store available on the webpage fewforms.com, including in particular the terms and method of purchasing Products, methods of payment, complaint procedure, rules for the processing of personal data, rights and obligations of Few and Customer, scope of liability of Few.
- The entity that is the owner and administrator of the Online Store and the seller of the Products is Few Forms sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, address: 47 Świeradowska Street, 02-662 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000807497, REGON:38455966900000, NIP: PL 5272908124, amount of the share capital: 5000.00 PLN.
- Prior to placing an order in the Online Store the Customer is obliged to get familiar with the Terms & Conditions.
- Placing an order in the Online Store the Customer confirms that he got familiar with the Terms & Conditions, accepts it and undertakes to abide the Terms & Conditions.
- The Terms & Conditions are available on the webpage of the Online Store and are available prior to placing an order in the Online Store. The Terms & Conditions are available in a way which enables its download, reproduction and recording of its content.

- All words written with capital letter in this Terms & Conditions shall have the following meaning:
- Consumer – Customer being natural person performing legal action with Few (purchase of Products), not related directly to his business or professional activity.
- Contract – the contract of sale of Products, concluded remotely between the Customer and Few, after placing by the Customer an order in the Online Store.
- Customer – natural person, legal person or any other entity using the Online Store, placing an order and purchasing Products. The Customer being natural persons may only be adults of full legal capacity.
- Few – Few Forms sp. z o.o. with its seat in Warsaw, address: 19/20 Elekcyjna Street, 01-128 Warsaw, Poland, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000807497, NIP: PL 5272908124, amount of the share capital: 5000.00 PLN.
- GDPR – Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive).
- Online Store – online store available on the webpage fewforms.com, enabling the Customer to place an order and purchase Products.
- Products – furniture or interior design accessories available for purchase in the Online Store.

- Technical Conditions for Using the Online Store
- Using of the Online Store may be associated with risks typical for use of the Internet, like spam, viruses and hacker attacks. The Customers should use appropriate technical measures that will minimize the above-mentioned threats, including anti-virus programs and protecting the identity of users using the Internet.

- Technical Conditions for Using the Online Store
- Types of Products, Prices, Cost of Delivery
- All Products available in the Online Store are brand new, manufactured in accordance with the Customer’s order.
- The Customer always personalizes the Products by selecting their size and color from the available options in the Online Store. The Customer is not entitled to personalize the Products in other way than indicated above.
- Few does not guarantee that the true colors, shapes and other features of the Products are accurately reflected in the Online Store or other advertising materials, due to the Customer’s device’s or monitor settings or due to deficiencies in the depiction of the Products.
- The Products are delivered in flat packages for self assembly. Along with Products Few provides all screws and plugs necessary for their assembly, as well as an allen key. Few also provides assembly instructions.
- All Products prices are gross prices in euro. The prices of Products are binding at the moment of placing an order in the Online Store by the Customer.
- In case of delivery within Poland, the cost of delivery is included in the Products price. In case of delivery outside Poland, within EU, the cost of delivery may be added to the Products price. In such case the cost of delivery is presented to the Customer prior to placing an order, i.e. selecting the button “Place order”. In order to avoid any doubts: the total sum due from the Customer for orders within EU is always presented prior to placing an order.
- In the event that the delivery of Products shall be made outside UE – the Customer is obliged to confirm in advance with Few the possibility to make the delivery at the address indicated by the Customer and costs related to that.
- Types of Products, Prices, Cost of Delivery
- The Process of Purchasing Products
- Purchase of the Products via the Online Store is possible at any time, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Prior to placing an order, i.e. selecting the button “Place order” the Customer may at any time terminate the Products purchase transaction – in such case the Contract will not be concluded.
- To place an order in the Online Store the Customer is required to:
- choose the size, color and quantity of the given Products,
- provide the following personal data:
- name and surname/company’s name,
- delivery address,
- e-mail,
- phone number,
- information to issue an invoice,
- confirm the knowledge of the Terms & Conditions and acceptance of its content,
- select the button „Place order”.
- The Contract is concluded when the Customer selects the button „Place order”.
- After placing an order you can pay directly on page using payPal, or credit card (stripe) or by direct bank transfer. If Direct bank transfer is chosen Few will send an e-mail to the Customer confirming placing an order and containing data for payment. The Customer is obliged to make payment in 3 days from receiving the above e-mail.
- After receiving the payment Few shall proceed with the order. Few is not obliged
to take any actions related to pursuing the order before receiving the full payment for the Products ordered. - The delivery time specified in the Online Store is calculated from the day the order payment is settled by Few. The delivery time is an estimation and may be extended depending on the independent circumstances outside Few’s control, such as availability of the materials. The Customer shall be informed about any delay in the delivery of the Products.
- Few shall inform the Customer on progress in pursuing the order as well as sending the Products via e-mail.
- The delivery shall be made by a courier company selected by Few.
- On placing an order in the Online Store the Customer can sign in for the newsletter and/or agree to express an opinion regarding the experience of using the Online Store.
- Placing an order in the Online Store by the Consumer does not involve the obligation to submit a deposit or provide other financial guarantees.
- Few is not obliged to and does not apply the code of good practices referred to in art. 2 point 5 of the Act of 23 August 2007 on counteracting unfair market practices (Journal of Laws 2016.3, as amended).
- The Process of Purchasing Products
- Warranty
- Few grants a warranty for the Products in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below. The Warranty Card is delivered with the Products. The Warranty Card does not change or amend the terms and conditions set out below.
- Few warrants to the Customer, that the Products purchased by the Customer are free from any material and workmanship defects.
- The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery of the Products to the Customer, with the exception that the warranty for the Customer purchasing Products for purposes related to business operations is 12 months.
- The warranty applies within the European Union.
- The warranty does not cover money refund for products purchased.
- The warranty does not exclude, limit, suspend or modify the Customer’s rights arising from the warranty for defects of the item sold.
- In the event of replacing the Products, the warranty will be granted to the Customer once more.
- Few shall not be liable under the warranty in the event in which:
- the Products are used contrary to the terms and conditions of use,
- the Products are not properly maintained and cleaned,
- the Products have been repaired or reworked by the Customer,
- the Products were not installed in accordance with the assembly instructions,
- the Customer did not inform Few of a defect found within 10 days of the day it was discovered.

- Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us few. forms sp. z o.o., ul. Świeradowska 47, 02-662 Warszawa, hello@fewforms.com of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

- The Customer is obliged to abide the Terms & Conditions and the generally applicable law.
- The Customer is solely liable for correctness and accuracy of the data provided to Few in order to deliver the Products and issue an invoice.
- The Customer is obliged to check the contents of the package whether Product’s elements are not damaged. After assembly of the Products with defects in transport, warranty claims will not be considered.

- Few is not liable for the use of the Online Store by Customers incorrectly or unlawfully.
- Few shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third parties whose services the Customer uses.

- Complaint Procedure
- The Customer is entitled to make a complaint.
- Complaints should be submitted within 10 (ten) days from the date of occurrence of the problem which is the subject of the complaint.
- Complaints should be submitted to Few’s e-mail address: complaints@fewforms.com.
- Submitting a complaint, the Customer is required to provide at least the following information:
- Customer’s data enabling his identification by Few,
- a detailed description of the problem which is the subject of the complaint,
- in case of a complaint in connection with the purchased Products: photographic documentation, consisting of no more than 4 pictures illustrating the problem.
- In case the complaint is lacking any information Few will call the Customer to provide the lacking information. The information shall be provided by the Customer in an appropriate deadline, but no later than 7 days from the date of receipt of the call by the Customer.

- If Few do not consider the Consumer’s claim in 14 days it is deemed that the claim is justified.
- If the claim is justified Few shall take the appropriate steps.
- The Consumer has the option of using extrajudicial means of dealing with complaints and redress in legal relations with Consumers, including the following options:
- online dispute resolution using the ODR platform, available on the webpage http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/,
- conducting arbitration proceedings before a common court or arbitration court or other organs,
- conducting mediation proceedings with the participation of an independent mediator.
- Complaint Procedure
- Personal Data
- The personal data controller is Few.
- In relation to purchase of the Products Few is entitled to process Customer’s personal data on the following legal grounds and purposes:
- on the grounds of art. 6 point 1 letter b) GDPR – to implement a legal relationship between the Customer and Few,
- on the grounds of art. 6 point 1 letter f) GDPR – to determine or assert any claims or defend against such claims .
- Few is processing the Customer’s personal data such as: name, surname, company name, delivery address, residence or business address, tax identification number, e-mail, phone number. Providing the above data is necessary to place an order in the Online Store and in the absence of providing those data it will not be possible to place an order.
- Customers’ personal data will be made available to the entity supplying Products. In addition, Customers personal data may be disclosed to Few’s subcontractors, i.e.
entities providing services necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including IT service providers, entities providing technical, organizational and consulting support, other subcontractors to the extent necessary to support payments and marketing. In case of such necessity, Customers’ personal data may also be provided to entities authorized under the law. - The Customers’ personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the obligations arising from generally applicable laws, and then until any claims expire.
- The Customers have the right to access their personal data, request rectification, erasure or limitation of processing, the right to object.
- In the extent that processing takes place on the grounds of art. 6 point 1 lit. b) GDPR, the Customers also have the right to transfer data.
- The Customers have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

- Changes of the Terms & Conditions
- Few reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions in the event of an important reason, such as:
- changes in generally applicable legal provisions affecting the Products purchase process.
- organizational or legal change in the operation of the Online Store.
- Few is obliged to notify about changes to the Terms & Conditions and to make the content of the new terms and conditions available in the Online Store at least 14 (fourteen) days before the new terms and conditions come into force.
- In exceptional situations, in particular if the amendments to the Terms & Conditions result from a change in the generally applicable law, the period referred to in point 12.2. may be shortened in a manner adequate to the circumstances justifying the reduction of this period.
- The new terms and conditions come into force on the day set out in the notification of the changes to the Terms & Conditions.
- The new terms and conditions do not affect the implementation of the already concluded Contracts.
- Few reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions in the event of an important reason, such as:

- The Terms & Conditions and the Contract are governed by Polish law.
- In matters not covered by the Terms & Conditions in legal relations with the Customer or Consumers, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law shall apply.
- The Terms & Conditions come into force on the day they are published in the Online Store.
