    1. The legal grounds for processing User’s personal data is our legitimate interest in the form of gathering statistics on our website. It means that the legal grounds of processing personal data is art. 6 point 1 letter f) of the Regulation on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Data Protection Directive).
    2. The purpose of processing User’s personal data is to analyze and monitor his activity on our website. As a result, we are able to improve the structure of our website, as well as create a profile of the User’s interests.

  4. Types of Personal Data Gathered with the Use of Cookies
    1.  We use cookies technology to collect anonymous statistical data that is used to improve the User experience on our website. We do not collect any data that personally identifies the User. The only information about the User which may be gathered, which, however, without connecting to other data does not allow his identification, is the IP address from which the given User connects. In case of purchasing products in our Online Store or subscribing for newsletter we are able to identify the User on the basis of IP address and data which he uses in order to use our services.
    2. The User’s IP address may be forwarded to our partners, including Google or other entities delivering systems like CRMs or marketing automation. In this case, User
      identification based only on the IP address is not possible. The identification may be possible if the User provides us with his other data (while purchasing products in our Online Store or subscribing for newsletter).

  5. Types of Cookies Used on Our Website
    1.  Session cookies are stored on the User’s device and remain on it until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently deleted from the User’s device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow downloading any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s device.
    2. Permanent cookies are stored on the User’s device and remain until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the device does not delete them. As with session cookies, the persistent cookies mechanism does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s device.
    3. External cookies are cookies of other entities. With the help of Google Analytics general and anonymous static data is collected on our website through analytical tools (cookie controller: Google Inc. based in the USA). In order to optimize marketing tools we also use the help of our subcontractors in the fields of delivery CRM system and marketing automatization.
    4. Technical cookies are used for the proper operation of our website.
    5. Analytical cookies are used to improve the functioning of our website and to measure, without identifying the User’s personal data, the effectiveness of our marketing
      activities.
